Staff was amazing, everyone was extremely pleasant and helpful. The ocean view was unbeatable and the food was outstanding. We had both dinner and breakfast on site and they were both fantastic. Plus, we loved the complimentary drinks upon arrival and the happy hour cocktail! Will definitely go back!

We travel every 2 weeks throughout the year on business and this by far was one of our favorite properties in the US! Everything was exceptional. We cannot rave enough about the staff, the amenities, the location, the hospitality, the in-room massage, beach amenities and more.

Upon arrival, we had to wait a long time for check-in. Then we were upgraded to a beautiful room with a wonderful view. The staff was very friendly. The food was great. Complimentary daily cocktails and a free mini bar were nice. The pool was dirty and small.

Small hotel (12 rooms and suits, all with ocean view), located directly across the street to a public beach, sometimes crowded and noisy. Our room was a king room, decent size, spacious balcony, clean, the bed was very comfortable, free drinks in the room mini-fridge, a nice shower with digital touch buttons, Japanese-like toilet. The staff was nice, trying to be accommodating but NOT all of them were very professional (we felt ignored, especially by the manager, when we asked for an upgrade or delayed check out in a barely booked hotel). The breakfast was included and was good. The beach service included beach chairs, towels, umbrella, water. HOWEVER, this is an wannabe luxury OVERPRICED and OVERRATED HOTEL, value-for-money ratio doesn't make sense, it's not worth the price!! It is advised as a luxury boutique hotel, and for $700-800/night you expect everything to be amazing... The room looked tired and dated. Some fancy gadgets don't make a first class hotel! And with all the technology advertised in the room, there isn't an USB charger, just old plug-in outlets and a slow wireless charger. The bathroom is tiny, everything is cramped, there can't be 2 persons inside at the same time, and this is a problem because there isn't another mirror anywhere in the room. You can't even see yourself get ready! Even the cheapest hotel has that! Also the amount of light for the bathroom mirror is woefully inadequate! Pool and gym were small and disappointing.

Great Property with Great Staff

The best hotel in the whole area by far

The View Is spectacular the balcony is huge the bathtub and shower were super all the personnel were friendly and attentive. The breakfast in the morning was outstanding as was the beach amenity services of umbrellas chairs, and iced bottled water

Excellent hotel!

Wonderful hotel! Beautiful room & bathroom. Complimentary drinks in room and a complimentary cocktail at happy hour. Breakfast is included and was amazing. Staff was friendly and attentive. Great location too; directly across a quiet street to the beach. Nicest place we’ve stayed in a while. Will definitely return.

The property definitely offered more than expected! We loved the modern enhancements in the rooms and the beautiful beach view from the spacious balcony! The food choices for a complimentary breakfast were like no other! We appreciated the organic, farm-to-table and gluten-free options.

Bien situé, propre mais décevant pour le service.

Devant la mer, une situation exceptionnelle. Malheureusement nous n’avons pas été avisés que la piscine était hors d’usage. Les travaux de marteau piqueur commençaient vers 10 heures le matin pour toute la journée. Impossible de profiter de la terrasse attenant à la chambre. Trop de poussière et ensuite odeurs d’acide importants. Beaucoup de frais cachés. 12$ par personne pour le petit déjeuner inclus…et 200$ de taxes surprise le jour du départ. Une bouteille d’eau dans la chambre le premier jour, ensuite termine. Il faut le demander pour en avoir. En quittant l’hôtel, débrouillez vous avec vos valises, personne ne propose son aide. Un service bien en dessous d’un relais et château.

Exceeds expectations in all areas!!

This is an amazing hotel!!! It far exceeded any expectations and is probably the absolute, all-around, best place we have ever stayed. Staff was friendly and helpful (you will get to know them by name), service was excellent, the room was comfortable, clean and nicely laid out. Slippers and robes for the room were so convenient during our stay. Bathroom was amazing…double shower heads with temperature control as well as a 2-in-1 toilet bidet. The amenities are wonderful, such as Beach setup for guests (very nice!), bikes to borrow, a lovely pool and deck, and even umbrellas for rain. They have a set standard of practice for service, and they deliver! Highly recommend the restaurant… top notch food and service. Stop by the bar for a drink, too - the bartender knows his stuff! Seriously, if you ever wanted a fantastic stay in a great location, this is it!

Great Boutique Hotel

Great Boutique Hotel. We were pleasantly surprised with the high end appointments and amenities in our room. The balcony was wonderful to sit out and read or have a drink with sound of the ocean and beach just across the road. The location was great and despite being across the road from the beach it was quiet. The on-site restaurant serves a really nice breakfast as well. We will come back for sure.
