It’s very convenient. The room was nice except for a couple issues. One issue was you could not open the bathroom door all the way because it hit the toilet. We had our air conditioner on 62 and I had bought a fan for the room. The buffet breakfast was horrible. But the staff is very nice. But the room definitely needed to be updated. And again it’s very convenient to I-95 and the port of Miami.

The most important thing to me in a hotel is the bathroom. I like that the bathroom sink wqs apart from the shower and toilet. The bathroom was also clean.

Overall, my experience at the hotel was very good, and I found the staff to be friendly and helpful—except for one employee, Michelle. I originally booked my stay from September 24 through September 27, 2026, and was charged a one-time $50 deposit. On Sunday, September 27, I extended my stay for an additional two nights through Expedia. Michelle assisted me with the check-in process, but unfortunately, her attitude was rude and unprofessional. I was also surprised to be charged an additional $50 per night, rather than the one-time $50 deposit I had previously been charged. I would recommend that management review this situation and clarify the deposit policy. Everyone else at the hotel was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which made the experience enjoyable overall. Unfortunately, based on my experience, I would prefer not to have Michelle assist me during any future stay.

We booked this stay at the last minute while traveling from Central Florida. Since we were traveling with our kids, we were a little hesitant because of some of the lower ratings, but overall we had a very nice experience. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The breakfast was also better than what we've had at other hotels in the same category. We would definitely stay here again when visiting the area for my doctor's appointments.

There was no indication on the booking that the pool was under construction. They were painting in the hallways in the middle of the day during our stay. They placed us on the 5th floor a few rooms down from our room and there were guests smoking weed in the hallway and the rooms were permeated. The staff was very kind. Breakfast was alright.
