"This was a nice facility, clean and comfortable. The staff were great, it was nice having shuttle service to downtown Nashville Broadway area, and I loved the nightly happy hour. My only complaint is the loud slamming of room doors. The door slams when going in and out of the rooms. One night there were people on our floor who had children that ran up and down the hallways, in and out of the room which means that doors were slamming until the wee hours of the morning. And there were adults who were in and out and just as loud. I suggest creating a “Quiet Hours” policy. This will assist with people knowing what is tolerated and what’s not. Oh, and explore different door mechanisms for a softer close."

"The exterior of the property is beautiful; well maintained and very clean. The lobby is clean as well. The room I stayed in was out-dated but fine. The big tub (which is in the bedroom portion of the suite) seemed to have a broken faucet so water sprayed wide and was taking forever to fill the tub so I gave up. The shower is TINY so be ready for that. The breakfast was just okay. They offered (powdered) eggs, sausage or bacon, waffles, yogurt/granola, danishes, toast, coffee and several juices. I wish the eggs had been actual eggs. The staff at check in and check out were all very nice."

"This place is a very different hotel in that there is no staff on site but that never proved a problem for us. It was very easy to get into the lobby and the room and both were very pleasant. The lack of a staff allows for less expense for the hotel so that more money can go to using profits for housing for the homeless, the actual mission of the facility (which I believe is run by a local church.) The bed was quite comfortable although it would have been nice to have had bedside tables on both sides of the bed. The vanity area was quite spacious and the mini fridge and microwave came in quite handy. The hotel is located in an area of Nashville with lots of food and beverage establishments so finding a good place to eat was easy. Would recommend this place to folks looking for a nice no frills sort of place where you feel good about being able to help the less fortunate."

"The hotel was perfectly located by Opry and enjoyed the restaurant and bar in the hotel, as well as surrounding places to eat. Walking distance to the Gaylord. The pool area and sitting area were nice, but the bar was not open by the pool. The room was a bit dark. It needs more light. It was an interior room, but besides that it was nice just an older hotel, but clean and nice."
