"We booked this hotel based on the excellent rating but it was far from it. From the time of check-in and not being able to understand the employee at the front desk to walking into our room that was warm and smelled. The area didn't seem safe and we didn't feel comfortable leaving our car in the lot. The bathroom is so tiny (don't enter if you are claustrophobic), the toilet seat was loose, and we had mold on the shower ceiling. The sink outside the bathroom has very little counter space which made it incredibly difficult for a family to get ready. Our sink drain and our shower drain both drained slowly. The hallways are incredibly hot as well. The only good thing about this hotel was that it had great water pressure, hot water, and it was close to the Gaylord Opryland resort."
