"Muito bom"

"We checked in around 11 am after an international red eye flight. Figured we’d ask if early check in was available, and sure enough it was! It was so nice to be able to drop our stuff offf, shower and rest a bit. Staff was very friendly and spoke good English. It wasn’t really in a touristy spot but Ubers were cheap enough. Lots of restaurants within walking distance although a lot of them didn’t speak English so communication was difficult (our own fault for not speaking the local language)...

"A lovely modern hotel w all amenities. We appreciated very much the upgrade to a junior suite w balcony on the 5th floor and helpful staff with fluency in English. Only suggestion: include a news channel in English on your TVs."

"The apartment was spotless, modern and provided everything you need. Located on the top 6th floor in the attic, there are no views, but it has an elevator. 3 mins walk to Metro. An Auchan supermarket literally across the street. Keyless entry. "

"The receptionists were very friendly and helpful. We had an early flight so the hotel offered us a take away breakfast. The breakfast was good with a lot of variety. Very convenient location next to a metro station and a supermarket. The only complaint was the bed that was so lumpy."

Story time :)… On our first day, the elevator broke for a few hrs and Carlos helped us take our luggage up the stairs 4 WHOLE FLOORS, even when I insisted we didn’t need the help. That first impression was great and the service remained consistently high the rest of our stay. 10/10"
