"Staff in good contact before I arrived, arranged for me to drop my bags off early. Huge, clean room, although a bit spartan. Excellent location close to Arch. Museum and right at the entrance to the Rione Sanita area (which is very cool). Although it's very close to the Piazza Cavour, the room was quiet. Staff also helped get me a reliable, on-time taxi to the airport at 5:30 a.m., which was very much appreciated!"

"My partner and I had a wonderful stay at Gentile Suite, Naples. The rooms were spotless with all amenities and the location in the heart of the Centro Storico was perfect. We loved the old building which was full of character. However the best thing was the host Eugenio - he couldn't have been more welcoming and ready to help us with every detail. "This property is in an excellent location, steps away from the metro and shops/restaurants and cafes are all walkable. Although it faces into a busy square, the windows are soundproof and we weren’t bothered on a Saturday night with lots going on. The bedding is luxurious, and the room was spacious and impeccably clean. It was a perfect spot to stay for a night before hopping on the ferry to the coast. Will recommend to our friends and family! "Super séjour ! L’appart est très propre et bien situé. Ma chambre avait un petit balcon avec une super vue sur la Piazza Cavour. Le café à volonté dans l’espace commun est top, et le petit-déj propose plein de spécialités italiennes avec jus frais. Entrée autonome très pratique, proprio super réactif (ils m’ont même aidé à réserver un taxi pour l’aéroport la nuit). Rien à redire, je recommande à 100 % !"

"I arrived there late in the evening by taxi, I was shocked when I pulled up outside. I told the taxi this couldn’t be , there was no signage and it was in an alley. I tried calling the number and they didn’t speak English. About 45 minutes later someone showed up opened the panel and the wall so we could go in there was laundry hanging from the windows, broken windows and trash everywhere. The picture that Expedia had online look nothing like this place I took pictures. Needless to say, I did...

"Right in the heart of all the busy shops. Close to everything. A bit tricky to check-in since it's contact less. Was not crazy of the initial entrance because it's old and rundown BUT once you reach the top of the room floor. Very nice and modern."

"The location was excellent. It was very well maintained. There is a kitchenette if you are inclined to cook. It also has a washer and dryer which was handy. Luigi provides all essential amenities. He was very responsive with any inquiries. I would definitely recommend and would stay there again. Our stay was fantastic. "

"Great location and a wonderful host Antonella was incredibly welcoming and truly made the place feel special. Unfortunately, the stay was let down by a few key points. The mattress was very uncomfortable, and we had one of the worst nights of sleep. The breakfast arrangement at a nearby café was also disappointing, as there was an unpleasant smell lingering from the night before. A small touch like providing water on arrival would have been appreciated, especially as only a minibar was...

"The owners son, kindly waited up for us when our flight was delayed 3 hours arriving at about 01.30 am which was really kind. No fault of the hotel, but the lift required users to remember to shut the door otherwise it does not operate so you have to walk up four flights of stairs, it might be helpful to have a sign in the lift reminding people to close door.
