"Hotel is ok. Service is useless. They couldn’t clean my clothes (offered for $5 an item) and rip you off in taxis. The area is dead around the hotel. I’d find a better place to stay. "

The guys on reception helped me book taxis as my UK phone didn't work with the Yandex app. Daily housekeeping was to a high standard and breakfast was varied each day. The location is great for getting to Ala Archa and downtown is walkable. I would stay again. "
