Overall room was comfortable. Would benefit upgrading kitchen and bathroom. Room was clean, did find a few dead cockroaches in kitchen area. Elevator was out of service, stairwell had an odor and could use a good cleaning. Staff went above and beyond to help extend my stay for an additional night. Travel Nurse working at Kaiser, location was perfect. Because of my hours, didn't have the chance to try the breakfast.

The staff was all really friendly not matter the time of day or night. Tina, the hotel manager, was able to help me when I was in a bad situation. She did not have to and I greatly appreciate it.

Brittany, Indigo, Gina, Olivia, and Dustin are by far the most wonderful staff this hotel has to offer. They are so kind, considerate, helpful, and always willing to help with a smile. The hotel is a 9/10 for the price; the rooms are always clean and comfortable, the location is convenient, and the coffee is always hot and fresh in the morning. The only thing keeping it from 10/10 is the limited options for the on the go breakfast and the lack of coffee supplies. Overall though, I will definitely choose staying here every time over the other options in the area. Wonderful experience!

It was an amazing experience and the service was outstanding. Quite,clean and everything I needed was within my reach. My dog was even at ease especially after both of us having to go through the trama of almost losing our lives from our home almost burning to the ground. Thank u C.S.

Me and my niece went to Aftershock. This hotel we stayed at was available the last minute and very affordable. Although it was a ways I loved it. Staff was friendly and accommodating. Love that it had a full fridge and kitchen so we can save money on going to eat. Will be booking next year in Sacramento. Extended stay will be my #1 choice.

Basic but priced fairly

For the price good stay. Pretty clean good sized room with fridge and microwave. Tv is about a 42in but suitable. Clean but scratches marks and burns on many things. No ice machine you have to freeze your own ice pretty inconvenient ended up going to gas station for ice. Next to Starbucks and fast food options. Hallway smelled like curry the whole stay but room was fine. Bfast is muffins coffee and oatmeal. Basic but suitable. No coffee machine in room or utensils or anything else I guess you check them out at front desk.

A better breakfast. The breakfast that was included consisted of a small chalky chocolate muffin, some kind granola bar and coffee. That is not a breakfast. No coffee pots in the room is crazy. The small tv that you couldn’t look at laying down in a large room was annoying to look at. There was no shampoo n conditioner, only a bar of soap. The maid services does not wait for you to answer the door before they help themselves in.
