The hotel is only accessible by walking. It is important that you can transport your own luggage. For me that wasn't a problem.

The air con was not great. Unfortunately my room looked out into an atrium. I couldn’t open the window and found the hotel extremely stuffy and hot. Also noisy neighbours which is not the hotels fault but. I do think there should be a policy to keep the noise down after a certain time.

The website is misleading and requires updating. The parking instructions were for a carpark that had closed. The restaurant opening times are incorrect as well. When we asked where we could eat at just past 9pm we were told there was only room service - despite the website saying 10pm closed. When we checked later we were told yes bar food was available until 10pm. We ended up eating in the room which felt a bit sad.

Great hotel, loved the bed it was so comfortable. The hotel is situated near all the shops and there are plenty of restaurants/bars on the doorstep. Room was clean, the staff were friendly, I would definitely stay at this hotel again if I ever needed to go back to Exeter in the future.

The lounge and bar area was very welcoming and comfortable. Love the decor too. Shame the spa pools were out of use and not included in the stay.

Nice hotel - hard to find the parking
The hotel and staff were great. Be aware tho that the hotel is ina pedestrian I see area - and the car parks they direct you to are actually quite hard to find first time around. Better instructions from the hotel would be appreciated.

Excellent stay at Indigo. Was the perfect place to recoup after flying in from the US. The spa was amazing - would have liked to use the sauna but it is being repaired. Otherwise all was well. Staff was very friendly and helpful and property was comfortable, clean, and restorative.

Very smart quirky hotel in the heart of Exeter. Comfortable lounge and charming bedroom. However the staff were very inefficient and I didn’t think they knew what they were doing. Checking in took forever. They forgot to clean our room, waiting staff got the breakfast order wrong, bar staff were so slow and half the time didn’t acknowledge that we were there.
