"Pour ma part l’hôtel est tellement beaux et très propre. Le personnel est très accueillant,à l’écoute et très polis
J’ai adoré ma fille également a aimé cette hôtel. Le seul bémol c’est la distance avec le centre-ville de Milan avec les transports c’était un peu la galère.
Mais dans l’ensemble tout est parfait, la propreté de la chambre et des douches sans compter la literie une merveille. Et sans oublier le restaurant d’à côté ils cuisinent tellement bien leurs plat sont tellement délicieux...

"Madama was my first hostel experience and it was great! Beds were comfortable and the location was great, about a 5 minute walk to the metro which can get you anywhere in Milan quickly. Area is safe and always people around, but quiet. Madama’s bistrot is very lively, so if you prefer a more quiet hostel this is not for you. You can hear the kitchen working from the room but it’s usually quiet by midnight and starts up around 8 in noise. I did not mind this since I was out and about most of the...
"Superb staff. They went out of their way to make our stay as great as possible. My family were treated like royalty, and all we did was show up looking really tired after a delay filled 24 hour journey. This human touch was really appreciated by my family. We can't express our thanks enough. We look forward to returning and spending more time in such a wonderful hotel and city. Dining and rooms awesome also, suite easily supported the 5 of us."
