"We like the refreshment machine that you can get free coffee, milk, hot chocolate and tea. They also have a very nice sitting area for you to have meals with friends. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Each room has a full kitchen with stove, dish washer, refrigerator, pots and pans as well as dishes."

"Good room and good breakfast. But, strong and unpleasant odor on the first floor where our room was located. No issue in the room. Walking from the elevator to the room was the worst of the odor. Good terrace bar on the 4th floor with marina view and old city view. "

"The hotel is very clean and modern. Our room had a nice view. It's very close to the Aquashow. We were travelling as a group of 3, two adult friends and a ten-year-old child. The 3rd bed in our room was a flop-out chair bed, very unsuitable. This was replaced with a camp bed on wheels, which was, needless to say, also very uncomfortable and unsuitable for an adult. We were allowed to stay on site for the remainder of the day following check out. "

"The hotel is in a great location, however there are many online reviews that claim the sun sets over the sea - it doesn’t. The sunsets were beautiful, but the sun went down over land not sea. The staff were really nice. The hotel had bikes for rent - but when we tried to rent them we were told they weren’t safe snd they were awaiting a new delivery. Not really a problem but why not remove the bike with the sign saying “rent me”? "
