"Stay here if you are attending a concert at the Talking Stick Resort Amphitheatre. They offer a free shuttle to the venue. You will enjoy a nice, safe, walk back. The rooms are perfect, staff are very friendly and kind. The hotel is close to the bus stop also. One bus takes you back to central Phoenix. I wish I could have stayed for breakfast. It looked great. Thank you everyone for a most enjoyable stay. Short, but very sweet!"

"We had a late arrival and an early departure. Although we missed breakfast the gentleman in charge was able to offer us some muffins and juice. The staff at the front desk were wonderful. My only problem was the loud and disruptive behavior of a teenage sports team staying at the hotel. Honestly, they did settle down at a reasonable time and as a retired middle school teacher I knew they were teen boys being teens. "

"Let me start by saying this hotel is beyond a hotel. The customer service and representation of this hotel is beyond five stars. In my opinion starting with a general manager Douglas, his attention to detail and Customer needs is exceptional. This is my second time staying here and I was not let down, but only exceeded expectations. The rooms are so comfortable like a home type. Feel the amenities of having refrigerator oven dishwasher , microwave makes you feel completely at home for your stay....

"Overall the stay was wonderful except for the fact that on the third and final morning of my stay there was barely any breakfast available to choose from on the complimentary breakfast they offer because per the concierge, they are waiting for their food order to be delivered so that was very disappointing."

"It's a dog friendly extended stay hotel so it was really nice to see a couple of very nice doggies. The people there are nice and everybody is respectful of each other's space and property. I only stayed for a couple nights but I slept very well and the bed was very comfortable. I did not hear dog barking at all and the place was clean upon my arrival. The front desk was helpful and they did not have any issues with early check-in or check out. I had a very comfortable and professional...
