Everyone working in Lettera was kind to us. They were willing to help us in everything we needed and we could also get some great suggestions about the surroundings. Is a beautiful small hotel that works perfectly if want to find yourself in a good spot in Medellin while having a nice view and a beautiful place to stay.

Great hotel. Staff were very friendly. Great location as well. Something I liked the most was the availability of accommodating us for last minute things to do. They provided us with a great contact for Comuna 13 visit. In addition to this they also booked a field trip to Guatape. Best experience ever. I felt very safe walking to Provenza area from the hotel.
