"We stay in 2 bedrooms suite. Room decoration is good clean and good space. Very good view and can open the door, winter for fresh air. I feel like stay in condimenium having kitchen and there are washing and drying machine in the hotel. The location is great near the attraction in the walking area. Near testaurant and mall. We will recommend our friend when visit Victoria."

"The location is excellent. The gym, pool, sauna, hot tub are also excellent. All the staff were all friendly and understanding. The room we had (suite) was fabulous and we had a great view of the harbour and the Parliament buildings. Our favourite hotel in this city! "We are badly conflicted about this hotel. It is truly a 5 star luxury hotel with incredible finishes and service. The restaurant is also terrific as are the staff. So what is our problem? Samuel McClure must be rolling over in his grave at the mis matched furniture and decorations , the multitude of odd garden statues placed aimlessly everywhere , and the requirement that you must go outside and get wet after dinner to get back to your room. Please just reduce and simplify the furnishings in...
