Airport drop-off: the bus driver disappeared at the last minute. We had already left a reservation for the shuttle service during lunch for mid-night drop-off to make sure we could arrive at the airport on time. However we still need to call Uber instead. When I were back home, I called and the customer service answered me that there were no guarantee for the shuttle bus!! Think twice If the shuttle service is your reason to choose Wingate by Wyndham Downtown Ship Creek!! "

"The heating system was too bad, the room was like sauna and the staff was not responsive. Also the room was not soundproof at all. "

"The hotel was undergoing some renovations. The TVs were not working on either night of my stay. If the TVs had been Smart TVs connected to the internet, the issue could have been avoided. It's difficult to say what the rating would be after the renovations."

Guest rooms have huge windows, TV, cable, internet. Its a simple, comfortable and safe place to stay and at a fraction of the price of other hotels further away from downtown."
