"This is a beautiful, grown up place to stay. Our room was immaculately clean, yet had lots of personal touches. "We were 4 friends on a motorcycle trip through the Picos. This place looked amazing in the photos so we booked it. It was amazing when we got there. Situated in a quiet town overlooking the mountains, the place was beautifully kept, the staff were great, the food was very good, and the fact that our command of Spanish was very poor didn't stop us from having a great overnight stay. We didn't use the spa so can't comment other than it looked very nice."

"This property is overpriced. For over $200 a night, I would expect a room that does not smell of urine and for my mini fridge to work. I called the front desk several times asking for the mini fridge to be repaired to no avail. Some of the staff (the waiter at the Bar) were very pleasant and others (woman at the front desk when I checked in) were not pleasant. The pool area was nice; yet it should be clearly stated that to enjoy the facilities, you must wear a swimming cap which is available for...
