"This was an absolutely wonderful hotel. What I love the most about this hotel was the hospitality of the staff, especially the owner, MR.Philip. Although I had to travel between the airport and the hotel alone,the owner, Philip himself, kindly picked up for me. Every time I returned to the hotel from sightseeing, Mr.Philip and his wife would ask, "Happy?" "This is an excellent hotel in the middle of origional cairo. Buildings in this area are quite old and sometimes nasty. This is not the case here. The building was remodelled nicely, and the facilities are quite good. One has to manage expectations here because this is a historic area of the city and the buildings typically lack what you might expect in newely built hotels. This building probably was built in the 1800s. Location is wonderful. Off of a main street which gives the rooms quitness...

"雑然とした道沿いのホテルで、夜も前の道では騒いでいて、初めは戸惑いましたが、我々がカイロのダウンタウンに慣れていなかっただけで、治安が悪いわけではないと思われます。むしろ、コスパが良く、メトロの駅や考古学博物館などにも近く、興味深いローカルレストランも多く、魅力的でした。スタッフは皆さん親切で、特にオスマン兄弟は料理にも堪能で、エジプト色を盛り込んだ朝食を楽しませてもらうとともに、いろんなサービスを受けて、とても感謝しています。お勧めのホテルです。"

"Isis Hotel 2 is a very good option for those who want a simple but secure and centrally located hotel. All rooms are on the top floors of a high rise building so views are spectacular of the Nile and Cairo. Maybe I got lucky but the view alone was worth the price! The room was old and could use renovation but it was clean and quiet from the inside. I prefer having natural air so I had my window opened which let in a lot of the busy traffic below. The room does have A/C and TV but I didn't use...

"I had booked a 3-night stay for my whole family (6 people) at Cairo Capital Hotel. Upon arrival, we found out that the hotel was under renovation. Fortunately, the management took care of everything and transferred us to Tahrir Plaza Suites. It turned out to be a great experience: The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and very clean, perfect for a large family like ours.
