"This hotel we perfect for us, the rooms are on the smaller side or what you would expect in the UK however my partner and I made it work, the hotel is a short walk from a station with a Lawsons right opposite. The staff were friendly and everywhere was kept clean and tidy. Would definitely stay with MyStays again. "

The room is very clean and eco friendly 😍 we love the breakfast buffet and the personal essentials are amazing, but they aren't for sale. "Convenient location for our Disney Adventures. Room was very large/spacious compared to Hotel rooms in the city (Ginza). The room was also very clean and we had a lovely view of the bay. Check-in was quick and efficient and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. They will hold your luggage or can arrange a delivery service to your next hotel destination - of course there's a fee. Just keep in mind there is no same day service for luggage delivery. We did not partake in the breakfast buffet so I can't really comment, but a co-worker of mine said it was really good. I highly recommend this hotel. You won't regret it!"

"This is my new favorite hotel near the Tokyo Disney Resort. The room was perfect for 4 adults. They had recently refurbished the hotel and we could tell. The room was spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff at reception were helpful and friendly. The nightly reception area was comfortable with lots of drink and snack options. The location of the hotel was perfect for our needs. It was conveniently located next to the train station, stores and a shopping mall. It was 1-stop away from Maihama and the hotel offered a complimentary shuttle to/from Disney. I look forward to staying here again in the future. "

"I had a comfortable stay at Sotetsu Fresa Inn Toyocho. The room was spotless, quiet, and well maintained. The location is excellent just steps from Toyocho Station making travel very convenient. The staff were welcoming and helpful throughout my stay. I would happily stay here again."
