The staff was very nice and accommodating. They brought us some extra tea and coffee when we ran out, had our room ready ahead of time and accommodated a late checkout request without issue. The property is nice and extremely convenient to the royal mile and train stops at Waverley station as well as the St Andrews Park tram.

They took time to show on a map their favorite places and were very considerate about our luggage and kept it safe until our room was ready. Great hotel. Pricy but the rooms were spacious and very nice. Lots of construction going on in the area but in an old town that obviously happens. We did not hear anything construction noise from our room.
