Literally one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was so comfortable, beautifully decorated and overall just a fabulous place to be. I will cherish the memories there forever.
The best location for traveling to Edinburgh as its walking distance to everything. The rooms were beautiful and the bed very comfortable. Would recommend this hotel to all.
They treated us like we were spending thousands of dollars. Chocolates and thank you cards for our Honeymoon. And a bottle of Proseco. The restaurant was great. Everyone was kind and generous to us.

Spotless room, the staff was amazing, amenities were too notch. The location is perfect for getting anywhere in the city. Guy and Paulina were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond each time we passed them.
The staff was very nice and accommodating. They brought us some extra tea and coffee when we ran out, had our room ready ahead of time and accommodated a late checkout request without issue. The property is nice and extremely convenient to the royal mile and train stops at Waverley station as well as the St Andrews Park tram.
We were greeted with the most friendly and professional staff I have ever experienced in a hotel. They took time to show on a map their favorite places and were very considerate about our luggage and kept it safe until our room was ready. The front office staff also seemed almost excited to help and to me that was amazing. Highly recommend.
Great hotel. Pricy but the rooms were spacious and very nice. Lots of construction going on in the area but in an old town that obviously happens. We did not hear anything construction noise from our room.
Large room that was nicely appointed. Wonderful service. Great location. Breakfast was excellent as was the other attached restaurant that served lunch.
