We stayed at the hotel for one night as we were going to St Giles Cathedral for a candlelit concert and the trains were on strike so it would’ve taken a long time to get home. Great room, nice view, and small but tranquil swimming pool that we swam in on arrival and before breakfast the next day. Very relaxing ☺️

The location was right on the Royal Mile close to tourist attractions, restaurants and shopping. It is within walking distance to the Waverly train station and other transportation out of the city. The staff was helpful and friendly. The security was good as well.

Upon entering the hotel by the Manager , who was quite rude. We are very excited to come to the city and speak greeted poorly was quite sad. The rooms were average, And the Bathroom was tiny. Clean beds great bedding we luckily were at a room that turned inside facing other rooms so it was quiet. The breakfast area was standard self-serve. The other staff at the hotel were lovely, but the manager, as I said before was miserable, we will never be staying at this Radisson again, and I have stayed across the world .

I was told I could book breakfast at the front desk more cheaply than at the restaurant, and I did that one day. Another day they didn’t allow it. Otherwise, the staff was wonderful, the room was roomy and clean and the bed was comfortable. It was close to everything, too. I’d stay here again.

The property was in a great location. We just dont feel on our first stay we got the room/s we paid for. 2nd visit we had a nice big room and our family in the second room was an adjorning room. We should have had this for both visits. Very disappointed that there were no fridges in the room. We had to basically beg for one. I wouldnt rate them as 4 star rating. Not what we are used too.
