"The Burlington is a fascinating historic building in a beautiful seafront location, and I appreciate the effort involved in maintaining a property of this age. Unfortunately, it appears to be in need of significant refurbishment. The worn, stained carpets made the room feel less clean than it likely was, and there were other signs of deferred maintenance such as peeling paint.
