"This hotel was very conveniently located to the Hartford healthcare Amphitheater 7 minutes down the road on Interstate 95. The room was spacious and included a microwave, coffee maker, and mini fridge/freezer combo. The bed was comfortable as were the pillows, The entire room was very clean. "This was an amazing stay. Renee is a great host. She is clean, personable, and professional. The home is very cozy, and while still a work in progress, the outdoor area is beautiful and teeming with potential. This is not a hotel or a motel, understanding this, do not expect the starchy atmosphere of those places, but instead appreciate the friendly, homely vibe. If you’re looking for somewhere reasonably priced, clean, and cozy, this is a great spot."

"It was a good stay however Toilet water was black Friday then someone came up and fixed it then on Saturday no hot water at night till Sunday morning. I couldn't take a shower before check out do to the freezing water. "

"I stayed here with my friend and her two kids. The staff were all very welcoming! While the pool is on the smaller side the free breakfast makes up for it. Everything was as expected! We stayed for a long weekend and while we were out exploring everyday our room was cleaned and beds made in such a unique way with the kids blankets and stuffed animals! (I think someone needs a raise 😁) Overall, it was an excellent stay and recommend to anyone staying in the area "

"We hosted an event at the Courtyard Marriott of Waterbury. The staff was extremely attentive and paid attention to all of our needs with frequent check-ins from the staff during our stay. Our families felt the accommodations were good,food was delicious and stay was affordable.
