"We had an exceptional stay at this accommodation. The room was very spacious and comfortable, and it was spotlessly clean. A special call out for the friendly cleaning lady who did a great job and left us plenty of water :-) Everything was very new. Location was perfect for our trip to be near the Expo Centre. "The property was excellent. Large space and pretty much with what you expect living in an apartment plus the room service. However commuting from here is a bit difficult. Our relatives tried to drive us in the hotel, but we couldn't find the entrance (the relatives are locals). Without a car or using ride sharing it maybe a bit difficult to commute from the hotel. However it was a nice stay regardless. The 4 stars come from mostly the poor quality of the breakfast and the little inconvenience of...

Top East China Hotel Reviews

Pan Pacific Suzhou

Pan Pacific Suzhou

8/10 Good
"Well, Pan Pacific Hotel is a nice fancy hotel and it has different wings/buildings, and our room was 1128. It was pretty hard to go to Breakfast and other restaurant on the first floor in a different building. We had to go "out" the glass door , walked down the rocks and stone steps, then across the pathway to the restaurant. It is very dangerous especially for the seniors to walk on the rocks and stone without any rail and it was raining and those steps were slippery !! Why can the hotel have a "bridge" or "overpass" between the two buildings ??? And won't get wet when it's raining ?? The self laundry room, complicated machines and not easy to operate. I was too tired to walk back to the room in another building and back to laundry room to pick up laundry, not after a long day of walking and had to walk up and down again."
