"Somewhat rundown. $8 additional fee to park a vehicle in the lot which was not first disclosed, so off-putting. Also, breakfast is additional. Typical college spring break hotel. Noisy depending on other people staying and how late they swim in the pool. Very average."

"Our stay was for 6 nights. we booked a king bed with a sofa bed for our kids. The sofa bed did not work. The first night we were there, we noticed the springs holding the mattress up had torn the support for it. We,ve took the mattress off, placed it on the floor and that's where the kids slept. Essentially, room 486 only sleeps 2. This sofa bed should be fixed or replaced. Additionally, when we arrived, there was no bedding or pillows for the bed, it took hours for housekeeping to deliver them - we were told there was only one person doing that work the night we arrived. Cleanliness is pretty good with the exception there were cigarette butts outside our sliding glass doors. It's supposed to be a no smoking room. It's a nice hotel and there but there are items that should be fixed and replaced - ie. mirrors. Rusted lamps etc. a good inspection of your rooms would take care of this and these things would not cost a lot yet it takes someone to actually do this. Additionally, there was a sheer panel completely missing of one of the French doors rendering no privacy from kids. We were disappointed in the laundry as our clothes "smelled" after doing laundry in them. Make sure you have reservations to the restaurants there in the hotel otherwise it will be hard to get in. "

"Hotel has changed policies to incorporate as many extra charges and hidden fees as possible. They advertise amenities they no longer have. Breakfast is not included, they have a restaurant style bar in the lobby and you have to pay extra for service and food. Parking is $10 per night. Late check out is $10 per hour. They removed the hot tub. They renovated and it looks great, but the real reason for the renovation was to add the lobby restaurant to save them money on breakfast and to be able to charge their guests more fees."

" The worse place I ever stayed They take your money first then say your room not ready and don’t know when it would be Three hours after check in time Very nonchalant, oh well vibe No towel or rags how about no linen for room or pool towels Pillow case had fresh lipstick/ makeup floor wasn’t swept tables wasn’t wiped down bathroom had much sand on floors So Room wasn’t cleaned toilet sit twisted had lines through it water took very long to go down Elevator broke Any questions they had excuse for it didn’t get in the pool seem they put a lot of chlorine but didn’t clean it.luckily I brought all those things even clean supplies Cleaned and disinfected my own room Forgot bring linen Did go buy what I needed. Stay far away from this place. My grands enjoyed the beach the walks park and food Shout out to Angelics diner "
