"Brilliant staff and service"

"We had to stay here after the train route we booked was cancelled. The staff was amazing, very accommodating and empathetic to me, my wife, and our two boys. It was a stressful reason to need the hotel room, but the entire staff the night of June 13th made the experience so much better for us and we can't thank them enough!"

"The guy who was at reception on the day we arrived was nice and also the lady in the morning. But room is quite small for 3 person. The bed sheet was dirty if you see well."

"Conveniently placed in a shopping centre with free parking available. The rooms are basic but clean and comfortable and fine for an overnight stay. Plenty of options for breakfast and dinner nearby. Nice views of the nearby Marina. The reception staff were pleasant and welcoming. Security is good - your keycard gets you through the door to your accommodation."

"Really welcoming staff. There was a few for the car park which did not seem fair. It’s an overnight stop with a comfortable bed. Some issues with water pressure, taps going on and off."

"Perfect place to stay for Bristol trip. Stayed 2 nights and couldn’t fault it. The rooms were spotless, the bed was comfy, and the shower was hot with great pressure. Staff at reception were super friendly and gave us great local food tips. The location made it easy to walk the local retail park and train station in 12 min. Breakfast has everything you need to start the day. Special thanks to customer assistant for her support during checking in. Great value - will book again next time I visit...

"Parking was limited but luckily got a space, a bit of a faff to sort but explained really well. Room needs some modifying, bathroom ceiling was quite bad, skirting board falling off in bathroom and the flush was hard. "

"The hotel smelled of humidity. The TV in the room didn't work. I went to change the remote control 4 times. Finally, I asked them to test it in the room to see if it worked. They put the remote control down and left. I went upstairs and the TV still didn't work. Since I can't sleep without a TV, it was important to me. The hotel is definitely not worth the price they are asking. And they are especially asking for extra parking from the customers who have already stayed"
