"Overall great hotel, but for a $450 hotel that takes $70 resort fee (and we spent extras in the restaruants and pools) I would expect not to be greedy when I ask to stay an extra hour and ask me to pay $150 (for 2 hours!!!) while saying celarly that they will check if the room is booked or if its possible and getting back to me that it is free / possible - why not going the extra mile for excelent experiese vs. coming across greedy (on thop of the resort fee). Dissapointing.... Also had ripped...
