"Went to an event close by, was only given one room key which a friend lost. When we got back to the hotel the lobby was closed and a note on the window to call a 24hr number. When we called the number kept disconnecting. Had to go stay at another hotel, when we went back in the morning and showed the call logs, the employee said they received no calls. Told them to check the cameras as well. Contacted management, they never returned my call and still won’t answer me in regards to a refund....

"Our stay was great. This is a fairly new hotel, which is why everything looks so nice. Hotel is very clean, staff was friendly, and it’s in a nice area too. Only thing we didn’t like was the continental breakfast. I know hotel food isn’t the best meal but this was probably one of the worst we’ve seen. Oatmeal was watery, boiled eggs were hard, potatoes were dry. Only thing that was good was the cereal and waffles. Had the breakfast been better I’d rate it a 5 star! "

"I chose to stay at this particular hotel because it stated it had a pole it had a pool all right it was closed the whole six days. I was there seven days I was there. I mean, we were constantly being told it wasn’t hot enough. Well dang it we’re from Nevada and we thought it was hot enough for us to have to go in that pool. I feel the information that was given to us about the hotel was fake."

"The room was clean. It’s an older property, the amenities are very limited. The property is also used for month-long rentals so it does get very busy in the mornings with people leaving to work so it’s not quiet. Originally they gave me a room that was way in the back. I felt uncomfortable with the location, the front desk was able to accommodate me in a better location, which I thought was very nice . Rooms are very basic amenities are very limited. They do have a very nice breakfast. "
