LA PERGOLA SUITES
Villafranca di Verona
5.4 out of 10, (3 reviews)
"We arrived at Verona airport late at night with our 4 month old baby to be told by the property that they had no record of our booking, despite the fact I had been emailing with them in the weeks prior about parking and messaging them on the Expedia messaging service and on both platforms they confirmed they would be sending me check in info so I have no idea how they can claim they didn't have a record of it. I tried calling multiple times as we sat in the airport car park with our young baby...

"We made a very last minute booking around 6pm to stay that night. The staff were so accommodating to help us out and nothing was a problem for them. We were met at night by a member of staff and taken to the apartment which was so beautiful and very comfortable. The place was very clean. Such a comfortable master bedroom and a great size sofa bed in the lounge. Washing machine available but we didn’t need to use it. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Verona. Hotel Giulietta e Romeo

10/10 Excellent
"The room we had was lovely and clean. Sometimes we could hear noise from other guests coming up the stairs but that was ok for us. The staff were super friendly and helpful. They booked our taxi for us to get back to the airport. The hotel itself is in a perfect location and easy to get around."
