They didn’t charge much for the actual package and only asked for a RMB 40 tip per hour, which still made the overall cost very reasonable. The location is excellent, as it’s right next to Shenzhen Railway Station and the Luohu Commercial Center."

"The hotel emailed me perfect directions on how to travel by metro when arriving from macau. This made finding the hotel opposite guomao metro station very easy. The room was very nice with enough space. Comfortable bed, great shower. The room fridge is small and not very cold but staff were happy for me to use their freezer and microwave in the level 3 conference room. The guest laundry on level 3 has 2 washers and 2 dryers. Laundry detergent provided. Breakfast buffet was small but a good variety of very nice food. Staff did not speak a lot of english but were always friendly, helpful and quick to use translation apps when needed. The gym is a very small room with one treadmill, one spin bike and some free weights. The gym air conditioning did not seem to work. Convenient location. Easy to get to hong kong airport on departure: bus or metro to luohu/shenzhen railway station, walk to luohu port, through immigration, train to lo wu (HK$28), A43 bus to HKIA (HK$32.40) in less than 2 hours. The supermarket on B2 of kingglory plaza diagonally opposite hotel is very handy for fresh food, hot cooked meat and cold drinks at good prices. I would not hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended. "
