It’s was fun birthday staycation to celebrate my daughter’s birthday. Little surprises prepared by duty manager Alison was lovely and made my daughter feel very special. Overall service at Four Seasons is top notch! But on a negative side note, Melody from the 6th floor breakfast buffet was a bit curt and rude when she thought I didn’t understand Chinese said “搬桌子，这么麻烦！” right in my face when Bill (restaurant manager who was excellent!) suggested to move some tables so we can sit closer to the breakfast buffet as requested by me.

Had a great time at this property four seasons service, we went in the winter so the outdoor pool was closed and sauna was also closed for maintance, beds were very comfy and amazing bathroom lots of space great suite. great location we walked everywhere, tons of malls near by and coco park mall with restaurants near by.

Luxury property in the Futian (downtown area). There is a mall 5 mins walk away with lots of dining options. So many bars and restaurants to choose from. The service is the Club floor was very good.

We, a group of 5, booked 2 Club Grand Rooms but got upgraded to 2 Suites on Christmas Day, overnight stay. Initially delighted for the upgrades, only later excited to be in the spacious room with 2 toilets and a BIG bath (must experience). The services on the Club Floor was the best in all branded hotel names. For breakfast, I would go to the 6th floor where your needs would be catered for. ENJOY!

Unbeatable location, beautiful property. Room is very spacious with a view overlooking the city. Staff are helpful. We had a very pleasant check in with Clarence Chu at front desk. This gentleman speaks fluent Cantoneses, Mandarin, English and Spanish- impressive. Our family had 4 rooms reserved. Everyone was pleased with their room. Clarence checked in with us after we got to the room, to make sure things are going well. Just when I thought we won’t see him again. We met him again at lobby and he gave us an umbrella, reminding us it’s rain season. How thoughtful. We would stay there again and hope Clarence will still be there. Lunch at the Lobby restaurant was also delicious. Staffs are very nice and I personally like the live pianist. Very comforting. Overall a 5 stars experience.

Quite disappointed

- the spa im quite disappointed, the facility is old and not clean; the lady has good techniques but tbh too much chatting and advice to my status, and keep talking about herself. I’m totally not relaxed and a bit uncomfortable about it. - Room less of maintainence, the kettle shows with mould inside. - can only call to order food - the facility in the room especially those charge spots in bathroom should be taken more care of cleanliness. - the shower head is really quite broken, it spill out water from all sides… -the room dining is good, food quality is total great, just a bit slow in the morning. I was told 30-35mins to be ready but at last I waited 45 mins. -view of the room is great；perfect location at the centre of the town -staffs are all very nice and helpful
