"Very disappointing overall. Upon arrival, the receptionist couldn’t find our booking because it had been accidentally deleted by the reservation team. "I frequently stay at Hyatt Place on my arrival and departure days. It's very easy & fast to get there from the Heathrow central bus station, bus A4. It's typical Hyatt Place as in many other places. I like it. It's cheaper and roomy than most of the hotels in the center of London city. There is a small gym in the basement."

"My first time staying at a Premier Inn and I was very impressed. Was given a room on the 7/F which was nice and quiet (excellent soundproofing) and had great amenities. Hotel seemed very popular with travellers. Liked the fact that there is a covered walkway to the hotel from T4 (with easy access to T2).
