"Many people stay before their flight out of Heathrow. A free shuttle is available but the staff either didn't know or didn't provide much information. Several buses came and no one told us how to distinguish which was ours . One customer waiting said it was always late, and it was about 20 minutes, seems the staff should have known. Also staff said it took 25 minutes to airport due to additional stops which wasn't true. Only one stop after our hotel. Pretty unprofessional for an upscale...

"The room and bedding were clean, though there were some stains on the carpet. The walls were thin, and I could hear televisions blaring when I walked down the corridor to my room. I was surprised that coffee and tea were an extra expense. The staff was helpful with city bus knowledge to the airport."

It was also nice that there weren't additional travel charges getting from one terminal to another. I would have liked to have gone exploring but there was a horrible rainstorm, and there was a little leakage, so I stayed at the hotel. The bar was very handy for getting food all night.
