Find the best Usu District Hotels

The best hotel in my trip!!! Room, Onsen, food, view, all are excellent. will come back again.

Great location a little bit outside of Lake Toya, the property is beautiful and well kept and a short walk from the lake. The highlight was the onsen which was super relaxing and the other amenities such as projector , coffee , tatami rooms are just a cherry on top , highly recommended!

Only stayed for a day in this hotel. The view from the hotel room is really beautiful. Staff are helpful and friendly, however I don't get the reservation system for the meals/restaurants in this hotel. As this hotel is kind of "isolated", you will probably have your dinner in one of their restaurants. When we arrived, we were told to make a choice which restaurant we would like to make a booking for (without being able to look at any sort of menus/prices) and they told us that it would be...

Reception struggled to find my reservation, despite holding a British passport (which she had photocopied at this point) she still filed through the bookings from China due to my Asian appearance. I was repeatedly told there was no reservation under my name as she continued to look through the China bookings. After repeatedly telling her I was from England, she finally found the relevant booking. The rooms were clean, modern and well equipped. There are two onsens, one cold bath and a sauna all...

Everything is great

Excellent onsen natural sulphur water and very spacious dome onsen bath area. Outdoor sulphur bath is definitely one of a kind and is to die for. Buffet dinner is so much to choose from and they are all well prepared.

We were very looked after! The room was very clean and spacious. The views were incredible from our room. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The food prepared by Chef Pack was delicious and we do strongly recommend having dinner at the noodle bar if you get the chance. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The area was beautiful and peaceful and very calming. The onsen felt realy nice and rejuvenating after our snowboarding crash course. They also had dryers in the hotels for snowboards and boots and where more than happy to turn it on for us.

The view of Yotei mountain covered with snow was great in May. Onsen bath is so relaxing. The room is clean, big and comfortable. Fantastic ski, golf resort and children playground.

It was a big hotel and there were large groups, but the hotels managed well. The car park was automatic and there was staff guiding you. The buffet was busy but food was sufficient. The quality was better than expected and we even had crab legs included. I didn't expect as I saw somewhere mentioned it was withdrawed. The room was spacious. The onsen was exceptional with plenty of varieties.

Was great experience to stay at Westin Rusutsu Resort. Perfect accommodation, and excellent service. Food is good at restaurant and massage was amazing.

Great hotel made very special by the incredible Onsen set up

Close to the slopes and offer bus to the lifts.
