"We appreciated the convenient location and the complimentary breakfast. Unfortunately, the room itself left something to be desired. The mirror in main area had noticeable smudge marks, the bed sheets had several rips, and there was no bedding provided for the pull-out couch. The air conditioning was only located in the room with the pull-out couch, leaving the main sleeping area much warmer and less comfortable. "The room was very clean and nice. Furnishings were a bit thin, for example no dresser in the bedroom. The clothes dryer was not working and they couldn't repair it while I was staying there, but the receptionist took my laundry and dried it in another unit so they were very accomodating and helpful. The kitchen was not really fully furnished, I went to a nearby Dollarama and bought a few cooking utensils, easy and not expensive. Air conditioning worked well. Overall a pleasant stay at a good...

"This was one of the best hotels we’ve stayed at yet. My partner I go to Old Port in Montreal every year and we absolutely loved this hotel. It was very clean. We really enjoyed how there was laundry machines one unit, as we typically stay for almost a week and it’s nice to freshen up our clothed. There is also a kitchenette and a living room. We definitely will be back and can’t recommend this place enough to others."

"I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room and all common areas were exceptionally clean, which made the stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with any questions. The location was also fantastic, with plenty of great coffee shops just a short walk away. Also, the drive to downtown was quick and convenient. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend! :)"

"I stayed in a studio unit for six nights. It was as described, comfortable and clean.
A couple of comments though… I could have used a few more towels. There was no dish cloth, tea towel or coffee filters in the kitchen.
And nowhere to hang clothes.
The location was exceptional. And overall the experience was quite acceptable."
