"All staff are very friendly and helpful. Reception in morning and evening shift (I remember only RUIT name) help me to call tour agents. Good location can walk to Plaza and near hotel have tradition food restaurant and laundry. Highly recommend stay this LP. I checked in 15-17 Jul 19 and check in again on 20-23 Jul 19 same type of room but I got smaller than 1st check in (as advertised) . And still wait Expedia replied."

"This charmingly rustic property is located a short walk from Plaza de Armas. After being uncomfortably cold for several nights in another Cusco location even with a heater turned on, we were pleasantly surprised our room was so warm that the included heater wasn't even needed. The shower has amazing pressure and plenty of hot water. Breakfast included in the rate is far beyond expectations, as are amenities like thick robes and quality toilet paper. The English-speaking staff is so kind and...

"Go through the double doors and straight ahead. The sign is small on the door. Extremely nice and helpful family run property. We had a court yard room on second floor (201). Room was very quaint and nice. They have soap, hair soap and lotion (and hair dryer). Bed was comfy and nice. In room safe. Breakfast (free) is made to order and was amazing. Super friendly and helpful staff. Great place close to everything in Cusco. 100% recommend staying here. "
