"We had a lovely time at the Pheasant Hotel, the staff were very hard working, could not do any more to make our stay relaxing, happy smiling staff, the hotel was on a country lane so very quite, food was delicious ,room was good, quiet, view was just of the grass bank, but we were only in the room to sleep. In a good position to explore all of the coast line, which was just beautiful .We would happily go back to this hotel."

Decent restaurant, good food reasonably priced. Quiet but imagine it could be noisy in busy season. Built on a hill and parking some way off from actual accommodation - made getting luggage to and from apartment a chore - not easily 'walkable' for people with mobility problems. "Stayed one night and had a pleasant stay. Room was clean, bed was perfect and slept like a log. Didn’t use any facilities so can’t comment but was good value for money. Corridors do creak but didn’t bother us."

"Staff were very helpful. Sadly, there are no food and drink services available. The room was small. It had been recently decorated, but in a slapdash manner. Beds were comfortable and linen clean. Disappointingly, there seemed to be no housekeeping - beds left unpaid, cups unwashed.... It is v much a budget place."

"Grace was super friendly and kind and made our son laugh making jokes with him. She gave us her advice on what food to order when I asked and it didn't disapoint. All the staff were super lovely. Hotel was really nice and clean, lovely swimming pool and chill out area. Lots of spaces to park."

"We were greeted by very helpful & friendly staff and from the outside the hotel looked great. Sadly the decor inside the property left a to be desired with peeling paint work and thread bare carpets on the stail ways. Not the most encouraging introduction. The shower gel container was empty on arrival and the room was incorrectly made up on one occasion, set for single despite having been correctly attended to previously for us."
