Kippers not available both days, veg pie first day and just served the last gammon and a waiter who couldn’t bring things like vinegar and brown sauce, all in all however a good stay and would return again. "We booked a family room, and fairly last minute. Paid a good price for it. A very friendly welcome, our family room was top of the building, a very warm day you kind of expect a building to get warm, but as we approached our room it got hotter, opened the door, someone had left the heating on in our room, and it was crazy hot. We opened the windows to let the heat out. We found the room neat and tidy, but the decor looking a bit tired, the carpet i think could be deep cleaned, alot of hair on...

"No bar or food available. Shower very poor water flow and only luke warm. At least the parking was free. "

"I loved the balcony in our room. I have difficulty with walking, and a lift would have been a nice touch. However, the difficulties were overcome, and the staff were extremely good at helping and taking heavy luggage to our rooms. Many thanks. The best policy was to talk to the staff, who were delighted to help in many ways, and they were very good. My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and we will use this hotel again. We have no complaints, only our thanks for an extremely enjoyable time"

"Lovely Hotel, room was clean, bath was superb and shower, we stayed in The Lawn Rooms and they were really well equipped. Staff really friendly in The Feathers, breakfast was lovely. Highly recommend a stay at The Feathers in the centre of Holt, especially on Market Weekend!"

Stayed here before and the function room and some areas are looking neglected we understand the roof needs replacing on the function room and that there are plans in progress shorty. Needs some love to restore the curb appeal around the check in entrance to give a better first impression. Enjoyed our stay here and good value for money."
