"Mind your own buisnesd"

"Was so different like the pictures and Expedia says, I run 5 minutes later than I saw the room and made a reservation right away in premier inn. I need y money back for this reservation that I don't use."

"Hotel for airport convenience only, can’t comment on breakfast as we didn’t have this. Walk to terminal is 10mins but otherwise pokey not particularly clean. Dated and not worth the price, but limited choice for convenience to terminal first thing in the morning"

"Booked this hotel on the promise from a staff member on email via Expedia we would have a view towards the airport. Checked in to find we didn't have that. I did ask politely at reception and was told all rooms were now allocated. I asked would it be possible to move anyone around, as it was 2pm when we checked in. I didn't feel the receptionist wanted to make any effort to assist. Bar staff were great and friendly, but to be honest we were already disappointed with our room facing a car park....

"The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were helpful with adjusting the temperature in the rooms, additional bedding. The staff at the bar were excellent, very patient, kind and friendly. Overall, staff and facilities were great despite the ongoing redecorations going on at the minute."

"It was an ok stay. Very basic and a bit tired looking but clean enough if you don’t inspect the stained mattress and marks on the walls. Plus points helpful staff and free parking and next to a service station with an express M&S, Macdonalds, Greggs etc. plenty of electric charging on site."

"Terrible stay. Dirty rooms, Breakfast is non-existent and all continental only. A lot of maintenance workers stay here, so you can imagine the standard. Depressing side of the road lodge. It is not a hotel really, more like a youth hostel!"

"The rooms are clean but it was hot as hell the pub was great reasonably priced drinks but the food was amazing I mean really nice they boast the best curry in Luton I think there right the mixed grill was out off this world would definitely stay again staff were very helpful an interactive with the guests love it."

"The most peaceful break I've ever had. Staff were all a delight - super friendly, welcoming and helpful. Grounds are beautiful, surrounding greenery extremely calming and possibly the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in."
