"In need of a face lift! Dated and tired, but clean and presentable. It just felt it had seen better times and desperately needed some love and some cash. Car park is scruffy, and unmaintained. Food is acceptable and the coffee is ok. WiFi not the best, but the bed was comfy."

"I had an extremely poor experience at easyHotel Ipswich and would not stay here again. Before arrival, I contacted the hotel to add my daughter to the booking but received no response. Instead, I was sent a generic reminder to bring ID, which I did (including my passport), yet no ID was even checked on arrival. "The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again."

"This is a wonderful Bed and Breakfast hotel with comfortable rooms, great breakfasts and tasty beer! Staff is helpful and friendly. We participated in a fun quiz night on Wednesday evening. Also had a great meal for a small family gathering in the restaurant. We highly recommend this hotel."
