Had a great time for my 30th birthday. Staff was great and helpful. Food was ok but definitely expected better. I upgraded to the privilege package and we never reciprocated our welcome gift or bath robes/slippers but other then that still enjoyed the privilege service. Me and my husband plan to go back next year.

It was a second time to this resort. Love everything about it. Super clean, friendly people, amazing food, beautiful beach. Overall excellent.

The atmosphere beautiful but it is not sanitary for the local cats to eat off the same plates the guest eat. The pool bars have mold around them, the staff were very friendly!

The restaurants were great and there was good variety. My only gripe was the lack of customer service from some service workers. Some were amazing like Olivene made our night with her attitude and uplifting spirit. More staff should be like her. What was annoying was the housekeeping. The majority of our stay they didn’t clean our room at a reasonable hour. We would go to the beach/ pool or go on excursions and come back at 4pm and housekeeping didn’t stop by to clean or if they had they didn’t replace our towels which makes no sense after spending all day in heat, sand, chlorine and you are unable to take a refreshing shower .

There was so many different things to do for example, relaxing by the beach or the pool, walking or working out in the gym; you can also go to the spa or get a massage. The grounds were also spectacular.
