"The location is perfect for exploring downtown.
The only issue are the doors slam easily. So during the night you can hear other guest comming and going.

"We did not like that the hot water smelled and tasted like sulfur. We stayed at 6 other hotels, all around Iceland, and none of the others had this issue."

"Great hotel in a great location, just slightly outside the downtown core. Hotel has a cool industrial vibe that I liked alot. It is attached to Deig Bakery, which is a plus and close to lots of restaurants. Good room darkening blinds for the summer time (super important in Iceland), comfy bed and a great bathroom and shower."

"Room was very clean and the location is fantastic. We got off cruise ship early in the morning and went to see if they would store our luggage until
Check in. To our surprise they checked us in and gave us our rooms immediately. Great service."

"Upon arriving we realized it was situated directly beside a graveyard. The location behind it is nice tho.. mountainous. Breakfast was below average and the room had 1 window that faced what I can only imagine was a staff area between the building. For close to $400 a night we expected more. Staff were friendly and the room was clean."

"Atrium was very beautiful. Breakfast was excellent with a variety of choices, even a dedicated gluten-free display. I didn’t realize the hotel didn’t have air conditioning though which is my fault. Had to ask twice for a fan from the front desk. Overall pleasant stay. Bathroom and room were nice."
