"Very dirty. Happy in the shower. Stained sheets and box spring mattress. Dirty sticky floor. Hallways very dirty. Building is really falling apart. Parking lot has huge holes. It looks like they have started some remodeling of rooms. Mattress was comfortable."

"The checkin was a bit slow--but the room was clean and the A/C worked well. Quiet property. Nice. Breakfast is pretty slim. Just cold cereal and cofffee. Period. BUT, the price was HALF of the other major chain in town. Nothing fancy here but this property served its purpose and I will return."

"We booked this room for 6. When we arrived we had one queen and one twin bed pull out. When we talked to staff they said there was nothing they could do and it was Expedias problem. I asked if they could give us a roll away, but they wanted to charge us additionally. Not very understanding. I would not stay here again."

"The owners live on site and they take pride in their business. They are super nice and accomadating. The rooms are super clean and the hotel smells amazing. We hesitated staying here, but so glad we did. They are super super nice. "

"Unfortunately, my experience did not meet expectations, particularly for a stay longer than two days. The beds were extremely hard, which made it uncomfortable over the course of my visit. Additionally, the pool was out of service. I only learned during my stay that it had been unavailable for quite some time, which was disappointing as this was one of the amenities I was looking forward to using. While the hotel does offer complimentary breakfast, the options were very limited compared to what I have experienced at other hotels. On Saturday, the selection consisted of one meat option, eggs, waffles, muffins, and coffee. On Sunday, the only hot option was biscuits and gravy, offering little variety. Because of this, we ended up going out for breakfast instead. Lastly, the overall cleanliness of the hotel could have been improved, as it did not meet the standard I expected. I am sharing this feedback in hopes that it will be helpful for future improvements."
