"Just finished and amazing holiday here! I am a very off site excursion person so dont use all of the amenities and pool services. However, i had a wonderful stay, its such a beautiful resort and the staff are so kind, friendly and helpful, they all remembered my name and greeted me everyday! The room was kept nice and clean and a very good size The beach was pristine and very well looked after aswell as the grounds. The birds on site were beautiful and made it complete. All food and restaurants were of high quality and had a great selection of food. The gym is the best I have used whilst travelling, i wouldn't compare it to a standard gym back home, however it has a lot more than others I have been to and is well kept. Drinks and service were also of high standards and they always did their best to accommodate! Thankyou so much for such a wonderful and memorable stay ❤️"

"Primera vez en el Grand Palladium Select Bavaro y fue una experiencia estupenda. Desde que llegamos el servicio fue excelente. Nuestro mayordomo Robinson siempre estuvo pendiente a nosotros y nos complació y ayudó en todo. Tuvimos la oportunidad de recorrer los 4 hoteles y en todos el servicio fue excepcional. La comida del teppanyaki, bamboo y especialmente el Helios fue OTRA cosa. Las meseras del Helios fueron excepcionales y los bartenders Erick y Willy también. Gracias por hacer de nuestra escapadita de 3 días una inolvidable. Volveremos pronto ✨❤️"

"Beautiful property and pool, fun shows. Food was poor quality and the selection was the same every day. The restaurants are only open a few days per week so we weren't able to have anything other than the buffet (due to timing of excursions). The price at the market is very high. $12 for a bar of chocolate."

"I cannot say enough good things about my experience here. The service, the food, and the resort were out of this world. Everyone there was so friendly and helpful. The room was clean and well maintained. I booked the Jr. Swim up suite and had an absolute blast swimming in our own space when we didn't feel like going to the main pool. Workers would even come by when they saw us on the deck and offered to bring us drinks. We stayed for 5 nights and could have stayed another 5. My only complaint was that the late night room service food wasn't as good as the restaurants. Other than that, everything was pristine. We never had a problem getting a table or chairs by the pool or the beach (even when we got there after 1pm). They offer some fun classes throughout the day and shows at night. Its a very calm resort and is great for anyone looking to relax. I am already thinking about booking another stay and its only been a week since I left."

"The check-in process is absolutely terrible. Took over an hour. The room was clean with the exception of the open bottles of water in the fridge. The air-conditioning worked well. The property could be cleaner, as there were not many staff walking around cleaning like at other rius we have stayed at in other countries. The food is just OK, there’s something for everyone. The bartenders seem to lack personality, and make you feel like more of an annoyance than anything. The drinks also seemed to vary inconsistency from Bar to bar. My biggest complaint, which is not the resort‘s fault, is the disrespect from the visitors. They disrespect the property, the employees, and other visitors."

"It was great staying at TRS. The staff were great helpful. Bunch of activities to do. The room was always clean well kept . Dinners are with reservations which they can book it for you and restaurants are five stars. Our favourite restaurants were La lola. Overall it’s great place to stay if u love to enjoy drinks , peaceful morning and lively nights it’s amazing place to stay."
