"Spectacular view and pool!"

"Stay here every time I visit Florida. Highly recommend"

"I was my firts time there and Loved it. Everything was perfect, clean room, all the things you need is there!"

"We are so glad we found this place. If you look closer, it is a real gem. Yeah the carpet and curtains could be updated but you get a lot of value for the money. We love the external entrance so you can drive up close to your room. The room was spacious, with a gorgeous view of the water, and the ground floor has a wonderful patio (upstairs rooms have balconies). "Loved our stay!"

"Clean"

"Great clean room with view of the charlotte harbor. Has a nice bathroom in the rooms, very attentive staff. Rooftop bar (Perch 360) and downstairs bar 88keys were both great as well. Would stay again."

"Only had two issues. First - The pool filtration system was not running. A lot of debris was in the pool. The inlets were not pulling anything in. Actually, spent some time picking stuff out of the pool. Second - On my final day the spa was not heating. Was about the same temperature as the pool."

"Room was clean, there were no cups, but that was just an oops. Breakfast was real good, lots of choices."

"The staff was very friendly and the room was very clean"

"Older property. Could use a bit more maintenance/upgrading for the price"

"Room was cleaned daily"

"I was staying for 6 nights.every.single staff(front desk) worker during the night and day were so friendly and helpful...same for the woman in the breakfast room.. I really enjoyed my stay"

"Pool was very nice and clean"

"This Motel was wonderful, perfect room, nice sized fridge, very nice big shower. The room was nice, cold and clean. Love that you have windows to open. The owners were so kind. Our neighbors were very nice, nobody bothers you. It was nice not having housekeeping bothering you, or waiting to go in your room. If we needed anything a guy was on site to help if we needed more towels or trash bags and he was very nice to talk to. We were able to just enjoy our stay and it was awesome . I can't...

"When I booked this place, it did not indicate they were under renovation. Since we were the only one staying there, they put us in one of the renovated rooms, but still needs some things to complete. Like a Chest of drawers to put your clothes in there was no place to put clothes other than on the shelf and there were no hangers. There were no end tables in the living room so we had to use the barstools. The shower door in the guest bathroom was on backwards so if you hang your towel up, you...
