"Check in was great with Charlyn! Unfortunately we had asked for rooms to be closer to each other months ahead of time due to traveling with family and they didn’t do that. We had plenty of rooms unoccupied next to us. They told us they couldn’t do that because we didn’t have the same kind of room, but in fact, we had the exact same kind of room! "Overall, our experience was okay. We had issues with our television ( It didn't work the whole time we were at the resort). We contacted the front desk many times and were given different answers. One of the outdoor restaurants had birds flying around while we trying to eat. We saw them leave droppings on the chairs and ground. The casino was just okay.

"The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to make sure we had a great stay. They took the time to decorate the room for my birthday and it was beautiful. Loved the pool. Also loved the shower. I would stay there again. My only complaint is that the bed was not very comfortable and could not turn the AC fan down and could only adjust temperature. It got very cold very fast at night. Overall a great place to stay. It’s in a great location. I was able to walk to many places and restaurants...

"This property was clean and very well maintained. Not surprised because it just had its grand opening. The staff seems to still be learning, but very friendly. The 2 bedroom suite was perfect! The fact that it had 2 bathrooms is what sold me on this place. The hotel is right next to airport, but the air traffic never bothered us.
