"I'll be honest - I thought the room was small BUT because of the overwhelmingly positive experience I had with the staff and how the hotel was managed it didn't matter at all. I loved Armenia and staying at your hotel made that experience even better. I don't often write review or give feedback - I am doing so because of how happy I was with everything.
Super professional staff. Kind and happy. Made me feel at home and I'd even say better service than what I'm use to getting in America. I live...

"The staff was friendly, but the service wasn’t really good. Took him forever to get you something they need to approve better there were shortage on towels. The room wasn’t clean. There were a lot of spots on the carpet. The bathroom wasn’t clean. It’s not a 5 star hotel. I am a bit disappointed."

"Amazing location right near the center. We had a two bedroom and loved our stay. The room was excellent- very clean, quite, spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of four. The AC worked great, which was important in the middle of the summer when it was in the mid 90s outside. The staff was very helpful and attentive, and spoke English in addition to Armenian and Russian. The food at the hotel was excellent though a bit on the pricey side compared to restaurants outside the hotel....
