Overall, quite good. The food service was excellent. We liked the buffet breakfast especially, where Alan served us with the maximum of efficient friendliness. Problems: (1) we tried to communicate with the hotel prior to arrival about a transfer from the airport but got no response to two messages. When we arrived, however, the hotel had sent a vehicle, which resulted in a double-booking, confusion and expense. (2) The wi-if worked only intermittently. (3) The room and taxes were prepaid but were on the bill anyway. They were taken off after I scrutinized the bill and pointed out the error, but it shouldn’t have happened in the first place.
