"I stayed for 1 week from easter saturday , check in was fine although there was a long queue which was to be expected, our room was on the 6th floor and was nice and quiet. Unfortunatley, that is the good part, our room towels were not changed until day 3 and we had no shampoo / bodywash in the shower holder which I reported on day 1, they still hadn't been filled on the day of our departure with a visit to reception on every day and a promise that it would be sorted. It wasn't!, Following a further plea for this to be rectified on day 3 they had the ordacity to actually send someone to my room at 7pm with an extra bar of soap which was not even part of my complaint. I had 3 days of my resort fee refunded as a compensation which was not in anyway close to what was in my opinion the real issue. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, its a good location but bad customer service unfortuneatley."

"This was our second stay in the last couple years, this trip was a little different, our first stay the bed was very comfortable, our recent stay in April, we slept in a hole in the middle of the mattress for 4 nights! I don't think we will be our last stay. On the good side, there are some good restaurants and it does seem to be clean."

"This resort has everything. Food. Entertainment. Casino. Several Pools. The beds are comfortable and the hotel is clean! The staff was helpful."

"It's a "get what you pay for" kind of place. There are few eating options and the buffet is gone. Like most places on the strip, there are no places to sit unless you're in front of a gambling machine. The resort fee of $56.63/day added to the room rate offers very little amenities. Some rooms have been refreshed, but the strip view ones are deeply in need of an upgrade. A better, quieter choice is the high roller view rooms. The reason we go here is the central location to everything you want to see on the strip. Las Vegas overall has gotten so ridiculously expensive, so saving a little on the room helps. Overall, it was an okay average stay."

"We absolutely loved the Cosmpolitan. Jayne checked us in and was absolutely brilliant. We were in a room with a view of the fountains and had read that floors 30-40 were at a great level so requested this and Jayne was able to put us on floor 35 (would highly recommend. The rooms were spacious. The balcony is such a bonus. Really nice pool space and the Jacuzzi is big and really hot too! Food options in the hotel are great. There is a really nice vibe to the place too and it's in a great location on the strip right in the centre close to Bellagio, Paris, Caesars etc. Would highly recommend the Cosmopolitan for your stay!"
