"We loved our stay at M Village, the hotel is beautiful and the view from our room was gorgeous (booked premier relish room city view). We stayed over my partners birthday which was made extra special by the staff who were so friendly, especially Jenny as she organised flower, balloons and a heartfelt note to be delivered while we were out as a surprise. "I liked the location and the breakfast buffets. My only issue is how hot the air conditioning is. I had asked for the air conditioner to be adjusted with the front desk staff on the first floor but nothing was done. My sister who stayed in a different room also asked the staff TWICE to help with the cooling in her room but the staff did nothing. Every morning I was waking up in a sweat and it was a terrible start to each day. I would not recommend this hotel due to the staff's ignorance and the controls they had in place to not allow customers to choose their level of comfort for cooling. I had paid extra for the premier services with the lounge (the lounge staff was good) but even with paying a higher fee, the room was so uncomfortable with how hot it was."

"I travelled with my wife and we both enjoyed our time at Four Points. The rooms are spacious and clean, the location is great, with beach access right across the road in front. The staff were nice and the breakfast was great. We had a beach view and it was very nice. Many amenities were with in walking distance and getting a Grab was easy. I would book here again."

"Location was very central. Service was faultless and we enjoyed the breakfast and dining at the restaurant (along with the in-room dining). Gym facilities were good - nice touch to have a small sauna and steam room available. Swimming pool on the small side and would have been nice to have a little more shade. Enjoyed using the shared space facilities on the 30th floor to work in the mornings - lovely view. "

"Great location with easy access to nearby attractions. The staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. Breakfast offered a good variety and was a pleasant way to start the day. The only downside was the hotel entrance, where the steps are quite high and may be challenging for some guests. Additionally, ongoing city construction made the road outside somewhat dirty and less appealing. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent service and a convenient location."

One of the most unique features was the stunning glass shower, allowing you to enjoy the breathtaking beach view while showering. It truly felt like luxury at its finest and made our stay even more memorable."
