"When booking I did not realize I had booked a shared bathroom, tried to have it upgraded and the company did not help. The bathroom was cleaned everyday but still seemed to be gross sharing with strangers. The rooms have absolutely no AC in the cabin we were at and that was not well said when booking. "Inserted in the tropical cloud forest, this place is magic. The Toro Amarillo river taints the stones orange and gives a constant roaring, the congos haul to contrast with the crickets and cicada's background rhythm. But most of the healing comes from the hot, yellowish mineral spring water pool, alternating with the very cold, crystal clear spring water. While the cabins are rustic, the staff are all wonderful. We will come back for another “forest bathing”, and perhaps a zip-line adventure....

La unica pega es que el desayuno empieza a la misma hora que abre el parque, pero estaría bien poder desayunar antes y entrar temprano.
