"We had a great 4 night stay at the hotel. The room was large, the bathroom was huge, and it was quiet even on Friday and Saturday nights. There was a good filter coffee machine in the room and endless bottled water available in fridges in reception. Breakfast was good but only available from 7.30AM which was a bit late on a day we had a very early tour booked. There were other jet-lagged people queuing from 7.15AM so a 7AM breakfast start would have been better!"

"Poor hygiene. Our bed hadn’t been changed. There were hairs everywhere, particularly when we pulled back the duvet. We complained. The lady changed the bedding but placed the disgusting bedding on top of my suitcase. I had to clean it myself afterwards. At breakfast we asked for tea a few times. The waitress ignored our request and chatted to staff. We booked a Junior Suite. The bathroom was tiny for a suite. This is more of a 2.5 star than 4 star as they advertise. I made a complaint asking for a refund but was offered an upgrade on my next stay. As if I’d ever think of staying here again. I’ve given two stars as the staff at the front of the hotel and the man making the eggs was very friendly and welcoming. Stay here if you like dirty bedding, poor service and a tiny bathroom."
