"The room was clean. Although we were supposed to been given an ADA accessible room and shower, the young man checking us in wasn't familiar with those type of room requests. I didn't realize the actual availability until I had already started unpacking some things we would need for the night. I happened to meet the manager when I went down to get ice and mentioned the need for a shower stool. He did offer to change our room to the initially requested accessible type, but I was too tired to repack and move, so he brought the shower stool and offered again to switch rooms if we desired. He was very helpful. Breakfast was very good."

"Yes. But the outdoor patio was closed for repairs. Had I known this we would have booked elsewhere. No outside seating was available at all."

"Very nice place to stay! The room had a large fridge, two closets, nice bathroom, kitchenette with stove top, and table and chairs. The two queen beds were very comfortable, Would definitely stay there again!"

"Had a 1 night stay on a road trip from Florida to Chicago. Sleep Inn had good reviews and the price was very reasonable. We had 2 rooms and were very pleased with our choice. The night clerk, James was very helpful and allowed us to store our golf clubs in the lobby office (instead of lugging them up to the 4th floor). We had a bad experience with lodging on the way down and told him about the lack of toiletries in that hotel. He gave us extra soap, shampoo and conditioner to make sure we had plenty. The rooms were clean and quiet with 2 queen beds, a wonderful hot shower, and large screen TV. Continental breakfast was the typical eggs, sausage, hash browns, waffles, yogurt, toast and sweet rolls. Plenty enough that we didn't even stop for lunch on our 8 hour drive home. The orange juice from the machine (which is usually watered down) was excellent as was the coffee. Gloria was manning the desk in the morning and she was very pleasant and helpful as well. Clean accommodations with a great price and a wonderful staff - what more can you ask for. We'll try Sleep Inn again for future trips."

"When you drive up to the property, it needs a good pressure washing on the exterior since it is covered with green mold. The lobby was clean enough, but as you walk towards the elevators it is clear that the carpets are not vacuumed daily. When we entered our room, we noticed the tiles on the bathroom floor were loose and there was an area in front of the tub that felt like if you jumped on it, we would go through the floor. At 12:30an at night we found out why, water began pouring through the light fixture in our bathroom to that area on the floor. I called the front desk and the gentleman asked me if I wanted to change rooms to which I told him I think we would need to or be flooded by morning. We changed rooms, and it was OK. We would definitely not choose to stay here again. The hotel only compensated us $50 for the inconvenience of changing rooms in the middle of the night. Clearly, this was not a new problem to this hotel room and yet we were still booked to this room. Breakfast was mediocre. The one positive is that the beds were clean and comfortable, but beyond that I don’t have much positive to say about this hotel."
